Where
do your products come from?
All over the world. We use specialist importers who only work with independent
producers, or we bring them in direct ourselves . All are united by their
fantastic quality and value for money. |

How
do I know if I’ll like
your products when I can’t
taste them?
That’s why we have developed the Taste Profiler and the Menu Matcher.
Both are designed to take the gamble out of buying wine or matching wine to food
by profiling your preferred tastes to the wines in the range. We also
tell you as much about each product as we can, and of course, in the
unlikely event of you not liking something, we’ll change
it for you |

Is
your site secure
We use the latest secure transaction technology, which makes sure that
every customer’s details are secure and can’t be viewed by anyone
else. We don’t keep any card details on file, and we always run a check
on every payment. So if anyone has stolen a card and tries to use it on our
system we’ll know and refuse to send goods out. |

Are
your products organic?
Some are, some are even biodynamic. But we choose our products based
on quality, made by those with a real passion for what they do. Sometimes
that means they are organic, but sometimes the way they produce isn’t
. As long as its real, not artificial, tastes amazing and is produced
to the highest standard, then we are happy. |

How
long does it take to deliver?
We always try to get your order to you within 5 working days. If we
think we’ll have a problem doing that we contact you immediately
to let you know.

What
if I’m out when my order
arrives?
No problem. When you create an account we’ll ask you for a delivery address
where someone can sign for your delivery between 8.30 am and 5.30p.m. That can
be a trusted friend or neighbour, or we’ll deliver to you at work if you’d
rather. But we promise we don’t leave your precious goodies out in the
rain, or on the doorstep to go missing! We also deliver on Saturday mornings
so if that’s more convenient just let us know when you order.
